Bharathi holds a BSc in Nutrition, Food Service Management and Dietetics from India and an MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Delaware in the US. Bharathi currently works as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Through her contributions to clinical research, she drives progress in the areas of nutrition and medicine research.
With 5+ years of experience in nutrition counseling, Bharathi has worked with over 100 clients, helping them make dietary changes and behavioral modifications to achieve their goals. Bharathi has extensive experience in nutrition and human subjects research and has co-authored several research publications. In recognition of her contributions to the field, Bharathi was awarded the "Emerging Leaders in Nutrition Science" award by the American Society for Nutrition. Bharathi has also served as a peer-reviewer for several scientific journals and as a reviewer for a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) grant program, an opportunity provided to experts in the field.
